SoftMotion - Solidworks, error 70217 :'(

I have years that I haven't found this problem, and I have no Idea What might be can someone help me pleas

I'm having this problem and I have no Idea What might be, also I don't know how to find it in internet, can someone explain to me more about the softmotion package whit LAbview please:

"Error -70217 occurred at Straight-Line Move when executing 'Start' on Coordinate Space 1 at Invoke Node in nimc.ex.straightLineMove.startStraightLineMove.coordinate.modeAbsolute.0.vi:2590001->robo labview.vi

Possible reason(s):

Motion: A required resource is in a fault state or the Drive Fault/Alarm line is active."

 

can it be done whit Matlab, python or C, I mean control Solidworks whit other program maybe using a virtual UART Port or something like that?
