Hi Eng. Tareq,

Just to ask,

  1. What is the versions of your LabVIEW, Softmotion, and Solidworks that you are using?
  2. What is the operating system that you are running on?
  3. Is the LabVIEW version that you are using is the first LabVIEW you have install? (i.e. you did not install the newer versions of LabVIEW before)

Warmest regards,

Hi Eng. Tareq,

  1. What is the Softmortion version that you are using?
  2. What is the Solidworks version that you are using?

I noticed you have managed to connect to solid works (http://forums.ni.com/t5/Motion-Control-and-Motor-Drives/turn-to-active-mode/m-p/2538850#M12847). So did you receive the error again when you want to add the solidworks to the project?

Thank you

Warmest regards,
