Hi everyone,
I am new to NI equipment.
I would like to know how to build a testing platform for a PI controller on a motor.
My aim is to compare between the various controller schemes as per attached. The figures are extracted from an article. If i would like to rebuild the same testing platform, could someone please recommend me what devices that i should get from NI?
Thank you very much.

I'd recommend NI VeriStand, http://www.ni.com/veristand/, which is a real-test time test system specifically design for your task. A recommended hardware is a PXI system together with an I/O needed to input environmental signal to your controller. Main purpose of PXI system is to run a model that will simulate an environment around your controller by sending a signal to it.

Thanks for your information.
I have done the simulation in MATLAB simulink. Right now want to test it in hardware. Are the NI VeriStand and PXI work just like a function generator/signal generator that input signals that imitate the disturbance, torque, reference speed input to the controller?
Thanks.
