A question regarding PCI MIO 16E-4

I have an old PCI MIO 16 E-4 designed to get data from loadcells in an indentation device, it was  working fine, till one day it appears that it is stop working in a way which it can not measure the weight of sample.

I am sure about the connection of load cell and also load cell itself works fine,

I suspect maybe is the data acquistion system that is not working and I track the labview program . I see that when the data comes out of PCI card nothing will be appeared.

 I wonder is there anyway to see whether the PCI card works or not? or to test it

Hi Sh3333,

What I would recommend is connect a known voltage, say a battery, to you PCI MIO 16E4 and see if you can read in that voltage in Measreument & Automation Explorer (MAX). Also from MAX, output a voltage to a particular line and see if you can measure it using a hand-held DMM. If the device is not producing or acquiring signals as expected then there is probably a hardware problem.
