Can I use the stored TaskHandle array of values in my project?

Hi I am storing the hex value of the taskhadle of all tasks, configured for PCI 6229 in an array of type TaskHandle. But when I pass this array element(taskhandle) into DAQmxStartTask() function its giving run time error as task doesnot exist.
