Connecting & Configure a Load Cell & Thermocouple to USB-6341

I have NI USB-6341 and i want to connect and configure load cell  (Electric Load Cells Model 922-25K) and 2 thermocouple type J at the same time for taking data contentiously

It's probably going to help to get some more information here--what all have you done so far to get going? Have you been able to try wiring it up, or are you looking for programming help? It looks like the datasheet has a good wiring explanation on its pins.
