I have DAQ 9237. i am using one channel of 9237 for pressure measurement as input to DAQ. Also i want to measure one more analog signal by using other channel of DAQ 9237.

You will generally want to create NI-DAQmx Global Virtual Channels in MAX. Then you can create a Task that contains those channels. You can also create channels when creating a task without creating the virtual channels first.
