DAQ USB-6212 not recognized by the computer

The power supply of the computer that was monitoring was damaged. After repairing it, I noticed that the DAQ (NI USB-6212) I was monitoring is no longer working properly. My laptop emits the usual sound when connecting any USB device; however, when I try to configure the ports to use from LabVIEW they never finish loading. It does not tell me that the device is not recognized nor does it show the ports, it just keeps loading.
The DAQ is currently with a colleague, therefore, I cannot share the respective images.
I appreciate any help/advice to in repairing it.

You need to send it to NI for repair, based on your location, the repair and shipment cost could be close to buying a new 6212.
