Driver Support of PCI-6036E

Good morning!
I am trying to install a PCI-6036E with the "NI-DAQmx Version 8.3.1" driver. Windows XP recognizes the hardware and installs the driver, but the device is not recognized by the "Measurement & Automation Explorer". Then I installed the "Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) Version 7.4.1" driver and the "Measurement & Automation Explorer" listed the divice. Can I use the PCI-6036E with the new NI-DAQmx driver? And if "yes", how does it work?

The PCI-6036E  is supported by DAQmx drivers. See here

Try uninstalling and reinstalling DAQmx on your system

See if your device shows up in MAX, by doing that

If this doesn't help, I would reinstall the complete windows system.

Thank you for the support. I reinstalled Windows and now the driver runs properly!
