Yes exactly thats what I did but in the bottom part to manually change it doesn't allow you to for some reason. The problem is only with the voltage daq the channel doesn't exist and inorder to change it I think the only way to do so is to mannually edit it. Im sorry if this is confusing but I think its close to working something simple just needs to be switched. Thanks for your help its greatly appreciated.

Hello Marshal,

 

I think the problem is that you want to include your NI 9203 (current module) in the DAQ Assistant2 of your code to do a voltage task, which your 9203 does not support. The person who made didn't have a current module, so he used a voltage module to read the voltage and then use Ohm's Law to get current. Since you are doing a Voltage vs Current graph and already have a current module, I recomend you use a separate DAQ Assistant and make a current task to read current directly. Then you can just bundle your reading to view it in a graph.
