Is the area marked in this image what you are calling a jump?

What I think I am seeing there is an aliased high frequency signal.  It is ~ 20 mV, not 2-3 mV. What is your sampling rate? What is the duration of the signal shown in the Input Voltage A image?

Hi Lynn,

The Sampling frequency is variable, depending on the input frequency of the singal, and varies from about 150 Hz (at low frequencies) to 15kHz (at higher frequencies).

The graphs were for  0.05Hz, I think,  and the duration accordingly was about 20 secs (1 cycle).
