How to assign pins for mks mfc( 15pin )

Hi,

  I have a mks1480A mass flow controller and USB-6353. I need use USB to control mfc. MFC has 15 pins. How to connect USB-6353 to  mfc. I don't know which pins of mfc are analog output and which are inputs.

I would suggest that you take a look at the documentation for the MKS 1480A. It looks like the product page is located here: http://www.mksinst.com/product/product.aspx?ProductID=61.

I would imagine that the Flow Signal Output (Pin 2) would be the Voltage output of the MFC. It looks like opening and closing the valve is done with pins 3 and 4.
