Hi,
We have bought one mioDAQ USB 6453 for use in a logging application to try it out. But in total we have 44 differential signals that we would like to log. Is it then ok to use 3 pieces of USB 6453? How to connect to one PC?

It should be fine if you use a Bus-Powered Hub
