Hello i have no differential Analog Inputs left.

 

Is it possible to measure differential between two single ended points?

In that case, you don't have any Single Ended inputs either.  Look at the pinout.  AI8 is used as AI0- if AI0 is set to be differential.  So you don't have AI8 available since it is already being used.

 

What are you trying to measure?  How many channels do you need?
