Need help regarding NI PCIe-6536 Firmware corruption

Hi, I have an NI PCIe-6536 DAQ card installed on a data acquisition computer at our lab. For past some time it stopped working. When I go to the DAQmx software and tried self test, is shows error stating that the firmware of this card is corrupt and to contact NI for support. I have tried updating DAQmx version and also tried firmware updater but firmware updater is detecting any device
