No Software Options when Setting up CompactRIO

I am trying to setup my cRIO 9022 DAQ. It was used around 12 years ago and the person using it at the time uninstalled all the software when they were done. 

 

I've been following the setup tutorial but am now facing difficulties. 

 

I've downloaded LabView, LabView Real Time Module and compactRIO. I can see them listed in the software section on my system. When I try to install the software on the DAQ itself, nothing shows up.

 

Hardware wise there is power to the system and I have a crossover ethernet cable in port 1 of the DAQ straight into my laptop. I can detect the DAQ just my main issue is loading software onto it.

Your drivers and LabVIEW versions are too new. According to this kb, the last version of cRIO drivers to support the cRIO-9022 is 19.6. Similarly, the last version of LabVIEW to support that controller is 2019SP1.
