I know this cannot be answered on the forum, but I would appreciate an private email with the answer.
I have a PCI-6123 card that have 32 MB memory. It is failing the self test. I believe the problem is a missing component: U98 (5pin device). I am unaware of how it got knocked off here at the lab.
I would just like to know what that component is so I can fix/troubleshoot here.
Thanks!

I still need that U98 component, but it appears that there are more components missing. We did purchase this used. I just assumed that the U98 component got knocked off. I was wrong.
Here are a list of the other components that we need: U22, CR31, CR32, CR34, CR35, CR33, CR36

Hello Reichenbach,
Unfortunatly, U22 is an EEPROM that has to be programed with the device's firmware, a process that can only be done by National Instruments. In order to make this device functional, you will need to set up an RMA to have the board repaired.

i might send the card in to NI.
i am pretty sure we got the card from an auction house.
