Hi, we are considering mounting multiple PCI-6133 cards on an external PCI expansion chasis such as: https://www.startech.com/Cards-Adapters/Slot-Extension/PCI-Express-to-Four-Slot-PCI-Expansion-Bay~PE....
According to the NI-6133 manual, the power requirement is 3A @ 5V, or 1.2A @ 3.3 V. According to webpage above, the chasis can provide 3A at 5V and 4.5 A at 3.3V.
So the question is, if we plug the PCI-6133 card into this chasis, would it work under 5V or 3.3V? How is that decided?
Thank you!

Or, is the PCI-6133 actually drawing current from 5V and 3.3V (and -12 V it seems) simultaneously? So the total current it consumes will be ~4.2 A roughly?

Ensure that all the power requirements are met (for all voltage levels simultaneously) for the correct operation of this device.
