Question regarding TLV2771 and LM6142 op amp

Can any of these op amps  (LM6142 & TLV2771)  give me roughly 200x gain either in single op amp or in double op amp connection? 

The thing is all I know is the input signals voltage (not bandwidth) and I need to achieve 5V, and only 200x gain can produce it, thats why. 

Attached is how I want the signal to be. Can I achieve it with any of these op-amps.

Not sure what this question has to do with the topic of this Board: Multifunction DAQ???

From a quick glance at the dataseets it appears that either may be able to do what you want.  To be certain you also need to know the bandwidth and source and load impedances.  Other parameters may also be important depending on your application.
