We have both analog and digital outputs on our Multifunction boards--for a good overview of all the features I would check out the X Series User Manual. Depending on the form-factor you need, M Series devices also have similar features (Analog Inputs, Analog Outputs, Counters, Digital I/O). Here is a link to the M Series User Manual.
If you need to output a PWM signal you could look into using the Counters.
