I have an SCXI-1000, SCXI-1102, and SCXI-1303. I want to plug in a pressure transducer with the following wires: +5V supply, Common, and +Output (1-5V), it is not clear where I need to plug the +Supply wire into the 1303. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
-Tom

Hi Tom,
It sounds like the transducer that you are using is a bridge-based sensor that requires a 5V excitation. The 1102 does not provide this type of signal conditioning, so you'll likely need to find another module that can generate 5V or an external excitation source.
Can you provide a data sheet or model number for the pressure transducer that you are using?

it is a MSP-300,

I mis-read the requirement for it and it turns out it requires between 8-30 VDC. I wired it up to an external 9V for testing and it seems to be working great.
I have a follow-on question. To properly meassure pressure, do I need to do anything with the pull-up/pull-down resisters installed on the 1303. It seems to be working fine with them all installed as they came from the factory but I wanted to make sure this is the best way to do it.
Thank you,
-Tom

The factory-installed 10MΩ resistors are the way to go. You shouldn't need to make any changes.
