Simultaneous measurement is needed on 4 different test points. Is the PCI-6115 enough to measure the signals shown in the attached document? Or a High-speed digitizer (Oscilloscope) more appropriate?
Thank you in anticipation.

Do you like to open a .doc found in the internet???
Post a png, and I'm willing to take a look 🙂

Here's the 4th waveform, pull-in and holding current.

About 5MHz bandwidth seems to be just enough to measure a 100ns step with 10% error.
My source for this answer is the Appendix A in Appnote 122 from linear.com where Jim Williams point out HOW MUCH BANDWIDTH IS ENOUGH?
But you should think about correct cable termination, a short look into the spec told me that you might better use a 50Ohm termination which is not provided by the 6115 ...
And remember 1m cable is about 5ns delay ....

Update: timeout for edit my post 😉
500ns rise time need about 700kHz bandwidth
The 6115 has about 4MHz Bandwidth , so you will get an error in the range of 1.5% to 2% .....
