Synchronous digital Output with Analog Input.

We are attempting to use a NI PXI 6254 to record an analog input RSE) while transitioning a digital output. We are having trouble understanding how best to synchronize the Analog Input Trigger Source with the transition of the digital output. Any ideas how we should best go about this?

If I understand you correctly you are trying to synchronize an analog input with when a digital output transistions from high to low? Is that correct?

If so, I recommend reading through this document on synchronization. There are also some LabVIEW examples on synchronization, though I don't think there is a specific example for synchronizing anaolg input with digital output. You may be able to modify one to serve your purposes, however.
