USB 6211 bad data first few samples

I am working with the USB 6211 and Signal express, and for one of my sensors I recieve bad input for each sample period. My sample rate and capture rate is at 44 kHz. The first attachement shows the first few samples each period. The beginning of each sample looks the same as the image below, and this only happens on my accelerometer device. My other devices do not show this behavior.

What you see is explained in your diagram titel:

FILTERED input 🙂

this is a classical filter artifact  (coarsly the step response of the filter you use )

You can try to minimize it by mirroring the first ms(?) of data but usually you just capture some more data and cut it.
