USB 6501 Event Trigger and Buffering

Hi, 

How to use NI USB 6501 to capture a event based trigger (from external source) ? The trigger is based on a random event. Is it possible to buffer some trigger, if the event trigger rate is very high ? Which Function should be used together with DAQ Assistant ?

Bilal,

As I described on your other post. I don't think you are going to be able to use the USB-6501 for this application. If you post on the other discussion and answer my questions there I think I can point you in the right direction for hardware that will allow you to measure your signal.
