Hello,
I am using a PCI 6110 device, the problem is when I run the test sample the input in DevAI0 is a flat line at 5 V, doesn´t change at all. In MAX, if I select the option to calibrate, before doing the calibration, the uncalibrated value shown is 4.996 approximately. Is there a way to fix that? I don´t have a high precision voltage source mentioned in the calibration procedure.

When you say "flat line" does that mean you are reading the output graphically? Are the 5V readings recorded when you are measuring a 5V precision source? Or is this any time you make a reading?
Also, keep in mind that the calibration you are performing is meant to offset cabling and sensor error. It is not a full calibration and will not be stored in the on board EEPROM as explained here:

Furthermore, it probably doesn't make sense to worry about a difference of 4mV because this is already just about within the accuracy specification of the 6110 at a measuring range of +/-5V:

The accuracy will likely be worse if the device has not been through a full calibration procedure in the past year. You can perform a full calibration by sending your device to NI or following the instructions here:

Hello,
The flat line at 5V appears without measuring anything else. It also appears in Test Panels in MAX.
Thanks.

Try shorting AI0 to GND and measuring the voltage with a Test Panel in MAX. If you still see 5V, it's very likely that the device is damaged and needs to be sent in for repair - check out this KB for instructions.

How can I do the shorting AI0 to GND? Thanks.

You will need to physically wire them together. Can I ask what terminal block you are using with the 6110?

I am using the BNC 2110 block.

The simplest way would be to use a Grounded reference source configuration and wire the center conductor of the AI 0 port to its outer shield.
