Usb-6343 incorrect AI signal

Usb-6343 measuring 6v at terminals but daq reads .05

How did you connect the signal? AI+ and AI- along with resistors to AGND? did you configure the DAQmx task to use Diff or SE based on how you connected the signal?

We are using a GE Druck Pressure transducer that has direct voltage out on two wires.  so we have Analog input (+) from the sensor wired to terminal 1, analog input (-) wired to terminal 2, and terminal 3 is wiring to ground. I am not aware of the need to wire in a resistor when i have voltage input, so maybe thats my problem, but all my other usage of this DAQ has had consistent DAQ reading with multimeter sampling at the DAQ terminals.
