cDAQ 9132 usename and password

I have a cDAQ-9132. I connect a monitor through the mini DisplayPort, and mouse and keyboard through the USB ports. Also connect to laptop with Windows 10 Pro through USB and RJ45. After power on:

1. On the monitor what is the username and password? I tried "admin"(password empty; "admin") not work; tried "user"(password empty, "user") not work

2. In MAX, try the log in with "admin" (password empty, "admin") not work

3. In MAX, try to format, but asking for the username and password

4. Reset to safe mode (push reset button 10 seconds), the same as above

5. Reset CMOS (power off 1 second on the cmos reset button), the same as above

When I say "not work" always means getting "Incorrect username or password. Please try again".

I read the User Manual, and search in the Internet, cannot find any info. I wonder if the CMOS battery is dead, so open the box, found a 3.6 V battery in "head" (not the chasis) with voltage of 3.66V. Anyone help me what is going on here.

Based on your description, I guess that your cDAQ-9132 is running NI Linux RT OS.

Is it a new cDAQ or you got it from someone else? If someone has set the login information and it is lost, you can only perform a fresh OS installation.

If you have LabVIEW and LVRT 2019 or later, you can Provisioning a Controller to the NI Linux Real-Time Operating System. You can skip the BIOS upgrade steps. Alternatively, you can contact NI Support for the Recovery Utility.

Thanks ZYong! I made the USB and can boot into safemode now with username admin and empty password. In the last step, it says " format to the NI Linux RT Base Image", is there a link to the procedure to do this? In MAX, I cannot see "Software" for 9132, there is option "Format" but requires the Administrator password, which can not be empty (it grayed out).

Also it requires me to register, I got it from other people, and there is a serial number. No idea why the registration.

After several restart my laptop and 9132, still the same. The status LED flash twice every few seconds. The status in MAX is "Inconsistant IP Settings". Here is a screenshot:

Here is the network setup. As in DHCP, 9132 has ip 172.22.11.2, my laptop has ip 172.22.11.1, I tried to set static ip on my laptop, but it doesn't allow me. I can ping 9132 from my laptop, but cannot ping my laptop from 9132.
