connecting a 6008 to a plc

is there a way of getting the ni6008 daq to talk to a mitsubishi alpha 2 plc,  or share information ?

Hi There,

The ni6008 is just a USB data acquisition device.  It does not have a CPU, or an independant operating system. 

However, you can send digital and analog signals to your PLC with the NI6008.  It would be up to your PLC to interprate what those signals mean, and that would have to be programmed on the PLC side.
