how does one resolve the 6009 status code

hi im using an ni6009 usb card, and am now getting a status code error -201003. i have a few of these in my workshop, so i used another one, no problem, it works fine.

question : is the 6009 now dead, is there a returns policy.

it had previously worked, i had coded it to output a sine wave, and was seeing if the 150hz max frequency was fixed.

i had phoned into customer support, but all they wanted was my personal details, not to help resolve the issue.

I would call up your local NI rep.  They can often help setup an exchange or repair.

I´m doing it today, cause the local technicians have already solved other problems for us. Hope this can be solved !!!
