save new prj

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am using LabWindowCVI and I would like to know how to create a copy of a a project. Right now I am not able to do this because when I do 'Save *.prj As...' I create a project that somehow is still linked to the original files and when I change the new project files I also change the original project files.
