I have managed to find it in MS14 DB. see file in attach
it is very possible it is not included in MS13 DB.
why did you decide to use that one?
I have checked it's data sheet - there is only one features that can be special (IMHO) - it is very low forward drop voltage and small footprint.
so in case you can not finf it, I 'd recommend to use any other Schottky Diode which fits your design with same or close parameters.
