Coil Trace and Polygon

I have a coil trace wound round on my PCB design.  However, I want the end of the trace/wire on the Board connected to a polygon of larger width, just to make soldering of external wire easy on the board.

Whenever I try to connect the end of the trace to a polygon as shown on the attached picture, it does not connect, rather there is discontinuity between the end of the trace and the polygon as shown. on the attached picture.

Any suggestion on how I could fix this on Ultiboard?

I found the answer to my own question. 

It was just to uncheck "Enable voiding" in the copper area tab of the Polygon properties.
