1. I am using ultiboard 13.0.
Is it possible that copper polygon can always be drawn at 45/135 degree angles.
2. Second my board has large current application. So I dont want that when I draw polygon , it gets automatic green mask on it.
Is it any way that when I draw copper polygon it dont have green mask on it.

Maybe you can find some hints here:

I have found no way to set an "angular grid", i.e. certain increments of angles of contours when drawing polygons, so you probably have to check the 45deg edges yourself. A workaround is decribed here:
Basically, it says to draw the polygon outlines as "trace" first, Ultiboard uses a 45deg increment here. Then you place your polygon over the traces drawn before manually.

Hi,
If you want an area without copper, you just draw that in the 'solder mask top' or 'solder mask bottom' layer.
It is a negative layer, so the area that you draw will show coloured on your scren, but it will have NO mask on the board...
You can probably see that in the 3D view...
succes!
