Is it possible to show animation of electron flow?

I am learning electronics on my own and a newbie.  I have Multisim v13 and was wondering if it is possible to show animated electron flow through a circuit?

Multisim doesn't have a way to animate current or electron flow through the circuit. You could use probes in the different sections of your circuit to see the current in a particular section while the circuit is running, but there's no actual way of seeing this animated.
