@Josh_Myers, you mentioned that this issue is recent and on multiple systems.  Are all of the systems tested, under your network/IT admin control?  Are you able to test your login credentials with a system that's not under their control, i.e. outside of your facility?

The systems affected are all on the same network and the same IT admin control.  Our IT staff is following up with the vendor for our web filter software now.

My IT staff worked with the vendor for our web filters and were able to resolve the issue.  Thanks everyone for the assistance!
