Are the Mounting Pads and Mounting Holes on a VHDCI Connector, 68-Pin, Vertical, Through Hole Mount 785753-01 internally connected together? I need to know whether I should have a decoupling capacitor between the Mounting Holes and Mounting Pads or if I can connect them both directly to gnd.
