Which Spice User Manual To Use?

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out what all the lines in a MOSFET "Detail Report" - Spice Model section mean.

Which SPICE user manual should I be using?  I have one for XSPICE and one for NGSpice.  They look roughly the same.  

I get the impresssion that multisim is like a user-interface for a SPICE back end?  Something like how Dreamweaver is a point-and-click front end for an HTML back end.

I'm not too familiarized with either of SPICE or NGSPICE, but I believe that for what you either one of them should serve as a good reference, so unless you see something that's severly different from what they mention, either will probably work.
