Has anyone tried creating multi-chip modules or hybrid circuit boards on Ultiboard? If so, how did you create your CSP device footprints, wirebonding diagram for chips that need wirebonding?

Have you got a datasheet or so of the part you wish to reate a footprint for?

Hello,
Yes I do, however, Im not sure that I am allowed to share it. It is a custom ASIC in bare die form, with only the position of the bonding pads.
