Hi,
Im having trouble getting my version of multisim student edition to operate on my new pc. I thought I would just download it again and then verify that I own the software via the product serial number but everytime I enter my serial number the product fails to validate.
1) Do you always have to download the trial version first. I cant seem to find a link to download the software through my account settings where it shows I own the product.
2) I did register and activate the product on my old pc, could this be the problem? However I thought when I bought the student edition of multisim I thought I was entitled to download it to three computers.
If anyone could help me with this issue I'd really appreciate it

Hi,
1) If you already have the software installed you only need to activate the product a re-installation is not necessary. What version of Multisim Student adition are you refering to? Here you can download the latest version: http://www.ni.com/multisim/student-edition/
2) You are correct, the license is for up to 3 PCs. You can activate the software following this article: http://www.ni.com/white-paper/11039/en/.
