My name is Tae. My school electronics course uses the NI ELVIS III.

I plugged a 1N4006 diode on the DUT(+), (-) port correctly. However, I get an error saying

The IV Analyzer cannot generate the voltage you specify. Make sure your test device matches the SFP setting.

 

How can I solve this problem? I wish to test the voltage range up to 2V with the 1N4006 diode.

 

P.S.) What does DUT(+) stand for?
