NI ELVISmx Express VIs are missing in LabVIEW

I have installed 32-bit LabVIEW and NI ELVISmx driver from Academic Site License Spring 2021 distribution on Windows 10 computer, but NI ELVISmx Express VIs are missing in LabVIEW. These should be in Measurement I/O -> NI ELVISmx function pallete. Besides the NI ELVISmx Instrument Luncher does not start.

I have tried to repair and also reinstal NI ELVISmx driver, but this doesn't help. The same problem is on all our laboratory compures, where the same ASL distrubution was used. What is the problem, how can I solve it?

Has anybody answered this question? I had been having the same problem.

The only way I was able to get the Express VIs to work was by installing Labview 2015 from the Labview Student Edition Spring 2016 and NI ELVISmx 15.0. Once you install all this, assuming you have a student license, make sure you DO NOT update any components to prevent incompatibility issues again. I hope this helps.
