Update Elvis III to RT Labview 2021 - "Error formatting the disk"

Hello, I'm trying to update the Labview Elvis III toolkit from 19.5.0 to the 2021 version (Firmware version 8.8.0f0) . When I use NI MAX and right click on the Software Section and select install software an enter a blank password it shows NI Elvis III 19.5 - September 2019 currently installed. It shows 3 Base System Images:

Linux  RT System Image 2022 Q3

Linux  RT System Image 21,0

Linux  RT System Image for Q1 2020

No matter which I select and click OK it gives a prompt with "Error formatting the disk" and won't let me proceed any further.

Has anyone any suggestions or can they point be at the appropriate manual?

I've been waiting a long time for this

Hello,

To answer my own question, the issue seems to be some setting on the Managed Windows Network System we use at the University. Using a home laptop, it has let me update the system to either 2021 or 2022 however I have now lost measurement live support.
