同样的问题，我的系统是Win10 64位
这个dll 在NI 目录 C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\NIVision OpenCV Utilities\nivisionextlib\samples 下面有好几个不同的版本
全试了一遍发现没有能用的
期待大牛的解决方案

LabVIEW的OPENCV工具包不支持Win10，工具包的使用条件写的很清楚，不支持Win10，系统回退回Win7一点问题也没有
