Hi,
讀取CSV 檔案後想要跟改某一行的值應該要怎樣做. 我試了幾個方法但是讀取進來的CSV字串只被當成一個矩陣來處理,也就是一大行而已而非是不同的行. 第二張圖可以看到如果INDEX 為0 時，第0行會改為TEST，如果INDEX 為大於0時, 結果會跟輸入的一樣.
