在labview.ini中设置了UseUnicode=True 后保存的labview.ini文件是乱码
而且，从TXT里面读取后显示是乱码，写入TXT文件显示也是乱码

labview.ini 这个文件是 ASCII 的. 不知你是用什么软件修改这个文件的? 如用 Notepad, make sure save as ASCII.
