有一个项目要测量IC某个引脚的电流,需要用到NI-6221来采集,采集电压我可以用DAQmxCreateAIvoltageChan等函数来采集,但采集电流怎样用DAQmxCreateAICurrentChan等函数来采集呢,与AI和AI Gnd 相连的电路要怎样连呢?请大家指点下,3Q!

电流不能直接通过你提供的板卡进行采集，可以通过在IC引脚串入一个不影响电流的电阻，然后利用采集卡采样电阻两端的差分电压来换算得出电流。

3Q.通过创建电压通道采集电压后再换算成电流这种方式我知道,但我想用6221提供的采集电流的函数,直接去采集电流.
