Allow user to view xml report without TestStand installed

How do I allow a user to view an xml report without TestStand installed?  I noticed another post that kind of talked about this, that said that an "XMLpack.exe" needed to be created.  How do I do this?

I think that I answered my own question.  I did a search for the XMLPack.exe on my computer and was able to find a utility that allows for packaging the xml report and all dependencies.  I sent this to one of my coworkers and it works well.  Attached is a snapshot of the utility for anyone that is interested.  You just add the xml file you want viewed, hit the "Pack" button and the utility packages everything up into a folder that you specify.  Pretty simple.

I would like to add that you can access XMLPack from the tools menu item in any of the editors (Sequence Editor or the UIs).
