Related to TestStand 2020, localisation : FR
SeqEdit seems working fine, but when I want to exit (closing the Windows or Exit command) I get an exception message (see below) that prevent from exiting. I must kill the process to stop it. I've already tried to repair but it didn't' help.

Localisation FR refers to your windows installation, right?
The error message is basically stating, that this IOConfigurationFramework assembly is messed up.
I just took a short look at my local machines' GAC. I can't find an assembly.
Is this an assembly you provide?

Thx for your very quick answer,
Yes FR is because I'm in France (it's the local language setting). TI'm almost sure, this assembly is not part of our software and looking in www I get no match so I don't know from where it comes from, but why TS is trying to load it at exit time (and it seems that's the only time it tries that) ?. Is there some user code called at exit ? If yes where is that defined ?

Are you using stock TestStand or are you using some kind of extensions (Custom model etc)?

Since I'm not the developer nor a TS expert, I can't reply now but I'll get back to you ASAP (when my colleague is back from lunch).

No custom model used, but some type palettes (i.e. : asam_xil_steps from VeriStand 2020 R4). I found that the is one : NI_HardwareConfiguration that uses the IOConfigurationFramework.DLL. This late is installed in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\TestStand 2020\Bin" directory with the version of 20.0.0.49180. In the exit error message the 20.0.0.49158 version is mentioned, so I fear there is a mismatch in the Type palette.

AFAIK the asam_xil stuff comes in a package via NIPM.... so you could try repairing those
