You have a few options here:
1- Create your own plugin. I recommend starting here: https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/teststand/page/process-model-plug-in-architecture.html
There are some examples in the Customizing Result Processing folder: C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\TestStand 2014 (32-bit)\Examples\Customizing Result Processing
Look specifically at the Model Plugin ones.
2- another option is to customize the stylesheet. https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/teststand/page/customizing-xml-report-style-sheets.html There are tools on www3Schools.com that show you how to use stylesheets.
Again example in the same folder above.
What format do you need it in? Word? If it's Word then go with option 1.
